The ROTO SILENTA 630 RS is highly appreciated for fast and efficient centrifugation of blood bags. It can run up to 12 liters of sample or 12 blood bags per run. Four- and six-seat rotor options are also available to provide the best possible fit.
In industrial or R & D the ROTO SILENTA runs six cups up to 2,000 ml each.
This unit contains refrigeration with a temperature range of -20°C to + 40°C.

Ideal for high-throughput processing of all commercial blood bag systems, as well as centrifugation of blood collection tubes.
Specimen such as bacterial culture, cell culture or soil or sediment can be turned off in large volumes.
Equipped with high throughput rotor for tubes, flasks and bottles up to 6 x 2,000 ml for cell culture or cultured bacteria.
Silent
The ROTO SILENTA 630RS lives up to its name and has a maximum noise rating of 62db (A), even when running at full speed and cooling. At lower speeds and temperature settings, the centrifuge is even quieter.
Hygienic room
The centrifuge tube is made of medical grade stainless steel with rounded edges for maximum hygiene. With no rotor windshield, users can thoroughly clean the chamber for a hygienic sample environment.
Ergonomics
With a working height of 91 cm, the centrifuge is easy to load and unload. Opening and closing the lid is facilitated by gas springs that eliminate most of the effort required to open the centrifuge lid. The ergonomic handle on the front of the unit makes it easy to close the lid manually. Motorized lid locking systems ensure safe and easy locking.
Saving time
Pre-cooling to 4°C can be done in less than 30 minutes, reducing electricity costs and operating time.
Save energy
The unique Hettich cooling system reduces the need for cooling during standard operation. With the recommended Buffy Coat application settings at 4,000 RCF, the centrifuge consumes less than 0.60 kW/h, during operation at 20-22°C.
Dual temperature sensors in the room
Dual temperature sensors in the chamber provide better temperature control and more accurate sample temperatures. A total of 4 temperature sensors control temperature compliance.
Consistent results
The powerful motor can consistently produce the same amounts of centrifugal force regardless of sample size or quantity. The difference between running 1 or 12 blood bags per condition is less than 1%. The same separation run can be repeated every day.
